This platform provides a single access portal, facilitating the resolution of disputes between consumers and traders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to the online platform, consumers can take advantage of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods.
